Booking Terms

Real-time availability and rates are managed through the Holidu engine. You may send a direct request from the site or contact us; a booking is confirmed only after our explicit confirmation.

Free cancellation is available according to the conditions shown at the time of booking on the channel used.

Out of respect for guests and neighbours: no pets, no smoking, and no parties.

For security there are cameras in the outdoor areas; there are no recording devices inside the suites.

Each suite accommodates up to three guests. Arrival and departure times are agreed with the host.

Any tourist tax is due according to the rules of the Municipality of Massa Lubrense. The National Identification Code (CIN) of each suite is shown on its page and in the site footer.

These terms are governed by Italian law.
