When you send a request through the website form we collect: first and last name, email address, optional phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and any notes.

We do not collect special-category data and we do not ask for payment data through this website.

We process the data to reply to your requests and manage your stay (pre-contractual and contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to meet legal obligations, e.g. tax (art. 6.1.c).

Data may be processed on our behalf by providers that enable the service: the booking management system (Smoobu GmbH), the email service (Resend) and the hosting provider (Cloudflare). They act as data processors and may involve transfers to third countries covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and stay, and afterwards for the period required by law.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, at any time by writing to lubrensesuites@hotmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.
